Ready to start our journey? Everything runs through Headway, including the telehealth link we meet on. I'll send you an email that instructs you how to set up your account, and fill out all of the required forms for us to meet!

With insurance
I'm in network with Aetna, CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna, Carelon Behavioral Health, Quest Behavioral Health, Curative, and Kaiser Permanente of the Mid Atlantic. Headway checks your coverage and shows your exact cost per session before you book anything.
Paying for it yourself
$150 first session$100 ongoing
Some people choose this for privacy, some because of network coverage, some on principle. All are welcome.

The fine print

Sessions happen over secure video. You'll need to be physically located in Maryland at the time of your session.
After you book a first session, intake paperwork arrives by email. It's shorter than it looks.
Need to cancel? Email or text me 24 hours or more before our session time to avoid a $100 late fee. Exceptions made for emergencies.
